  • Prepare project plan.

Deliverables:

  • Project charter (Scope, Risks, Financial, Gant…),
  • User requirement specifications,
  • Pilot site definition and acceptation parameters.

Pilot site implementation and assessment:

  • Implement a Proof Of Concept. Validation of pilot site,
  • Decide on a solution roll out,
  • Roll out budget definition.

Solution roll out:

  • Prepare implementation roadmap,
  • Address change management,
  • Manage implementation
